Introducing Tasty techniques, where cooking becomes an exciting adventure! Balancing school, work and your social life can make it tough to prepare healthy meals, but this workshop will make meal-prepping both fun and accessible. Join us to learn how to create simple, nutritious meals that fit into a busy student lifestyle. You will take home some free and delicious food!
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the art of meal prep from a registered dietitian, gaining practical tips and skills for creating easy, nutritious meals. Register with a team of fellow foodies, or sign up solo and we’ll pair you with others for an unforgettable experience. As a reward for your hard work, enjoy a complimentary meal and take home helpful resources: a $50 grocery store gift card, a recipe to try at home and Tupperware for your meal prep and some free food.
This event will be divided into two groups:
1st Group: 12:30 - 1:00 PM
2nd Group: 1:15 - 1:45 PM
