Notices of service interruption include the reason for the disruption, the anticipated duration, a description of alternate facilities or services (if available), as well as accessible routes for making one’s way to these alternate facilities and services. The notice is placed in conspicuous campus locations and, when appropriate, on this site.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act states that all employers must provide emergency response information in an accessible format to all employees with a disability that requires an accommodation. If an employee submits a new request for an accommodation due to a disability, the employee should discussion their request with their supervisor and/or the Human Resources Department.

Area affected: O-Train stairwell and cyclist pathway

Impact: The stairwell and cyclist pathway leading to and from the O-Train tunnel will each be reduced by one lane. Pedestrians will be redirected to the the other stair lanes and O-Train elevator, as required. Cyclists must dismount and walk their bicycles along the pathway.
Additional information: Traffic control specialists will be on site from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to direct traffic. Construction fencing will separate the reduced lanes in both the stairwell and cyclist pathway. See attached map.
